I grew up in a family that gave its working years to children and to the good of society. When I turned 20, my father asked me to carry this work on and drew the first logo for me by hand. I kept thinking I would work for children, and in 2021 someone dear to me encouraged me to make that thought real. On 1 October 2022 the Gonchigsumlaa Foundation's first project began with the “Imagine” drawing competition.
Since that bright, nervous feeling of standing up to hand out the prizes at our exhibition in the Mongolian Children's Palace, we have kept running our grant projects and programmes.
In their teenage years children make important choices led by their hearts and feelings. At that moment I want to listen to them, support them and give them the chance to express themselves. To give them the belief that they can.
Together with them, we strive to build a bright future.
Through art, sports, mental well-being, and aesthetics, we help young people build self-confidence and discover their future direction.
Through our programs, we guide young people to discover themselves, connect through shared interests, make new friends, support one another, and grow together.
